Leonard from Ellingwood Pro examined everything. From attic to crawl space, roof to foundation he went everywhere. He commented along the way and took lots of good pictures to document it all. Very thorough. He's the best.

Our inspection was very thorough and the report was easy to read. But the main reason for the 5 stars was the customer service. Sabrina, Geremy, and Lenny were all wonderful to work with. We had a really short deadline due to our realty contract and they made sure the inspections were completed in time. We went with the Advance Home Inspection Package and it had everything we needed for our mortgage loan and everything we wanted for piece of mind.

Amazing inspector, Lennie is the best and actually looks around and inspects compared to other inspectors where they just walk around the house.
