Geremey Engle
Owner and Inspector
Geremey is the owner and lead inspector at Ellingwood Pro Home Inspections, bringing expertise in construction, real estate, and emergency management. A veteran of the West Virginia Air National Guard, he served 6.5 years, holds a Rotary Wing Pilot’s License, and earned a Master’s in Emergency and Disaster Management.
Beyond home inspections, Geremey is a licensed residential builder and real estate investor, specializing in major property rehabilitations. As a DHS FEMA subcontractor, he assesses homes impacted by disasters like fires, floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. His contracting background allows him to educate clients on home defects with a practical, solutions-based approach.

Geremey lives in Tennessee with his wife, Erin, a medical student and Air National Guard member, and their daughters, Ember and Ava. In his free time, he enjoys building, hiking, and alpine climbing.
Leonard Barnhart
Inspector
Lenny has over 10 years of home inspection experience and has worked in construction for over 40 years! He is local to the area and has completed more than 1500+ inspections throughout the years. Lenny is happily married and has been married for over 38 years. He is also a father of 2 kids who are grown and have left the nest. Some of Lenny‘s specialties include Radon Inspections, Mold inspections, and Wood Destroying Organism inspections.
Lenny’s building and inspection experience is what makes him a thorough inspector! His experience gives our clients extra confidence that they are getting an in-depth inspection report.

Joey Walker
Media Producer
A seasoned media professional with two decades of industry experience. He has an impressive career spanning 40 states and multiple television networks, providing innovative solutions for over a thousand productions. He has catered to diverse clients, including Home and Garden TV, the US Military, and government branches.
Passionate about crafting impactful media, he excels at creating effective narratives that have the power to change lives. Outside of work, he enjoys his sustainable farm, cherishing moments with his wife, and embarking on adventurous camping trips across the country.

Sabrina brings over a decade of experience in client services and organizational support to Ellingwood Pro. In her role, she focuses on compliance oversight, auditing processes, and client communications, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a polished client experience. With a detail-oriented approach and strong background in cross-functional operations, she plays a key part in maintaining both regulatory standards and effective communication across the team.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time with her family. A lifelong West Virginian, she especially loves the fall season and taking her two children to explore local pumpkin patches.
Samantha Athey
Client Support Specialist
Samantha brings over a decade of experience in sales along with a strong background in real estate investing and renovation projects. Her professional experience gives her a well-rounded understanding of the real estate process and the importance of clear communication, organization, and client support.
Based in West Virginia, Samantha is passionate about helping teams operate efficiently and providing a positive experience for clients and real estate professionals alike. She is excited to support Ellingwood Pro as the company continues to grow and serve communities across the region.
