What is included in real estate photography?
Our photography services capture both the interior and exterior of the property, with options for aerial shots, 3D tours, and schematic floor plans depending on the package you select.
Why should I use professional real estate photography?

Can you photograph occupied homes?
Yes, but we recommend minimizing clutter and personal items for the best marketing results.
What photography packages do you offer?
We offer Basic, Advanced, and Premium photography packages, each with different levels of service. Details can be found here: Photography Packages.
Do you offer twilight photography?
No. At this time, we do not offer twilight photography.
How soon will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered digitally within 3 business days of the shoot.
Will add-on services like floor plans or 3D tours take longer to deliver?
No. Add-ons are delivered within the same 3-day window as your photos.
Do I need to be present during the photo shoot?
No, you do not need to be present as long as the photographer has access to the property. However, agents or homeowners are welcome to attend.
How should I prepare my home for real estate photography?
Declutter spaces, remove personal items, and make sure the home is clean and well-lit. We recommend reviewing our Preparing for Photos Checklist on our resource page to get the best results.
What area do you service?

How long does a photography session take?
Most shoots take between 3–5 hours depending on the size of the property and the services selected.
Can I add a 2D schematic floor plan or 3D tour to my package?
Yes. These services are included in our Advanced and Premium packages, or they can be added to our Basic package as needed.
Do you provide aerial (drone) photography?
Yes. Aerial photography is available in each of our packages.
