Basic Package
$425+
Our Basic Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning is designed to make any transition smoother — whether you’re moving out and want to leave the place in great shape, or you’re moving in and want to start fresh in a clean, welcoming space. This package includes all the essential services to ensure the home feels move-in ready and well cared for.
We clean and disinfect all accessible surfaces, including countertops, tables, shelves, and furniture tops, to remove dust, smudges, and everyday build
All hard surface floors are thoroughly swept to remove dirt and debris, followed by mopping for a clean, streak-free finish.
Carpets and area rugs are vacuumed to remove dust, crumbs, and more, helping maintain freshness and extend their lifespan.
Baseboards are wiped down to eliminate dust and dirt, giving each room a polished, finished look.
We clean and dust door frames, trim, and window ledges to remove buildup and enhance the overall appearance of the space.

Advanced Package
$699+
For those who want extra attention to detail, our Advanced Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Package offers a more thorough, top-to-bottom clean — perfect for tenants, real estate agents, landlords and new homeowners. This package includes everything in our Basic Package, plus a deeper focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
All Basic Package Cleaning Services
Includes everything from the standard cleaning package: surface wipe-downs, floor care, vacuuming, baseboards, and trim/window ledge cleaning.
Bathroom cleaning for 2.5 bathrooms
All bathrooms receive a full-service clean to restore freshness and sanitation. Please note additional bathrooms will incur an added fee.
Scrub & Disinfect Toilets
Inside, outside, and around the base are thoroughly sanitized.
Clean Sinks & Countertops
Fixtures and surfaces are wiped and polished to remove buildup and stains.
Scrub & Rinse Showers & Tubs
Walls, glass, and basins are cleaned to remove residue and soap scum.
Wipe Down Vanity Tops
Countertops and faucet areas are cleaned and disinfected.
Clean Bathroom Floors
Tile or hard flooring is swept and mopped for a spotless finish.
Kitchen Appliance Cleaning (1 of each):
Interior and exterior detailing for a complete refresh of major appliances.
Refrigerator – Inside & Out
Shelves, drawers, doors, and surfaces wiped for cleanliness and odor control.
Microwave – Inside & Out
Food splatters and stains removed, including turntable.
Dishwasher – Inside & Out
Door, controls, and interior cleaned to remove buildup.
Stove/Oven – Inside & Out
Racks, surfaces, and stovetop cleaned to remove grease and residue.
Dusting of light fixtures and ceiling fans (reachable without ladders)
Reachable fixtures and fans are dusted, helping reduce allergens and improve overall appearance—no ladders needed.

Our Premium Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Package is our most detailed service — designed for clients who want a truly top-to-bottom clean. This package includes everything from our Basic and Advanced Packages, with added attention to hard-to-reach and often-overlooked areas like inside cabinets, windowsills, and even the garage.
All Basic and Advanced Cleaning Services
Includes everything from the Basic and Advanced Packages: surface wipe-downs, floor care, vacuuming, baseboards, trim/window ledges, bathrooms, kitchen appliance cleaning, high and low dusting, and detailed appliance and cabinet exterior cleaning.
Cabinet Interior Cleaning
All cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, and other included areas are opened and wiped down inside, removing crumbs, dust, and debris for a fully refreshed look.
Window Sill Cleaning
All window sills throughout the home are cleaned and dusted to remove buildup, dirt, and allergens, enhancing the appearance of each room.
Garage DetailinG
Remove garage cobwebs
Cobwebs are removed from walls, corners, and ceilings.
Broom sweep the garage
Floors are swept to remove dust, dirt, and debris, leaving the garage tidy and presentable.
