These terms apply to text messages sent by Ellingwood Pro. They are in addition to our Privacy Policy.
Who we are. Ellingwood Pro provides home inspections, real estate photography, cleaning and pest control services in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland. Our text messages are sent from 276-566-5669.
What we send. If you opt in, we may text you about a service you have booked or asked about appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling, property access arrangements, reminders, when your report or photographs are ready, and follow-up about completed work. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also text you about promotions, discounts and requests for a review.
How you opt in. You choose to receive text messages by ticking the consent box on our online booking form and providing your mobile number. The boxes are optional and are not ticked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book and receive any of our services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the service you have booked and your activity with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by ticking the consent box again on our booking form.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information. We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data is not shared with third parties. How we handle the rest of your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
