How do I schedule a service online?
Select your desired service, add ons, and follow the prompts to choose a date and time that works for you. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details.
What if I don’t see a time slot that works for me?
If you don’t see a time available, it means that time is already booked. You can call or text us to confirm and we’ll be happy to assist you with our next available time.
Can I reschedule or cancel online?
No. Rescheduling or canceling online is not available at this time. Please call or text us directly if you need to make changes to your appointment.
Can I change my service after scheduling?
Yes. You can request add-ons through your Client Portal, but all changes must be approved on our end. Once approved, you’ll receive an updated confirmation to sign and pay. You can also call or text us directly to change your package, add-ons, or other service details.
Do I need to pay when scheduling?
After scheduling your service, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Client Portal. From there, you’ll be able to review and sign the agreement and submit payment within 24 hours of scheduling.
Do you offer multi-unit inspections?
Yes. We can inspect properties with up to 4 units. Anything over 4 units is considered a commercial building and is not part of our residential inspection services. For convenience, we offer a specific Multi-Unit Inspection option in our scheduler, but we recommend calling us directly so we can assist with scheduling and ensure all details are covered.
What areas do you service?
We service Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Tennessee. Please note that some services (such as WDO, Pool/Spa Inspections, Photography, and Cleaning) are not available in Tennessee. For full details, visit the Service Area page in the drop-down menu of any service on our website.
Can I book an inspection for the same day?
Same-day bookings are not available online. If you have an urgent request, call us directly to see if we can accommodate your schedule.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend scheduling as soon as possible, especially during peak real estate seasons. This helps secure your preferred time slot.
Can my real estate agent schedule for me?
Yes. Agents can book directly on your behalf. However, we will still reach out to you to confirm details and check if you have any questions or concerns.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, weekend appointments are available but may be limited. Be sure to book early to reserve a weekend slot.
